After The Outer Worlds players get locked out of free Spacer's Choice upgrade, Obsidian says sorry "for the frustration" and promises to "make it right"

Obsidian Entertainment is tweaking parts of the free upgrade path to The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition, a remastered package of the developer's capitalist satire.

The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition compiled the base game and both of its expansions a few years ago alongside a series of new technical improvements, fixes, and the addition of grenades that came with two recent updates.
