After arriving on Deadline Day, I've joined the 'biggest club' in Scotland

Badredine Bouanani has branded Rangers the “biggest club in Scotland” after completing his loan move from Stuttgart.

The 21-year-old attacker has joined the Ibrox side for the season and could be in line to make his debut against Motherwell on Saturday afternoon.

Bouanani arrives with experience of Ligue 1, the Bundesliga and the Europa League, having previously played for Nice before moving to Germany with Stuttgart.

And the Algeria international insists Rangers’ standing, support and plans for the future made the move an easy one to make.

Speaking to Rangers TV, he said: “It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world. Also in Scotland, it’s the biggest club in Scotland.

“The atmosphere here, the fans. I think it’s a good step for me. I also saw the team, great team, and I just think for me, it was the best project for me.”
