Adorable lion cub jumps into wildlife photographer's chair for once in a lifetime snap

Who better than to assist in photographing animals - than a cute lion cub?

Independent photojournalist Djamel Hadj Aissa was snapped with his furry pal on location in Algeria.

The young lion was born a few months ago at a zoo owned by Djamel's brother.

Djamel explains that the lion cub sat in his chair, watching what he was doing.

The moment was captured by his nephew Faisal, who sometimes accompanies him on trips to the Algerian desert.

In one adorable picture, the cub turns to check out his camera-wielding human companion.

The image has attracted 25,000 likes on Djamel's Facebook page, with Djamel also provided a video of the moment to prove it is real.

“As it was the first time for her, she sat on my chair and observed what I was doing,” Djamel told The Epoch Times.
