It's no secret that Adele fans have been wowed by the star's amazing figure but just how did she achieve her estimated 7 stone weight loss? Changes in her lifestyle began back in 2012, according to a recent news story.
The Grammy Award winner, once famed for her love of a cigarette and a sweet cuppa, has had some chart smashing hits but it was the birth of her son, Angelo, nine years ago. along with the need to protect her voice after surgery, that began her personal transformation.
It was back in 2012 that Adele first started improving what she ate, according to Mirror Online. The London-born singer set out to ensure that her vocals were looked after and ditch her daily cuppa, waving goodbye to 10 cups of sugary tea a day. Next to go was the alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine and all "spicy, citrusy, and tangy" foods.

With the aim to "get some stamina", the star shed more weight in 2016 ahead of her tour. Then in 2017 she was believed to have lost more than two stones, reportedly due to implementing a second change - The Sirtfood Diet.
The diet claims a follower can "eat your way to rapid weight loss and longer life by triggering the metabolic super powers of the Sirt Food Diet". Slimmers fill up on plant-based foods like kale, buckwheat, green tea and turmeric.

The foods are known as sirtuin activators, and are said to control the way the body processes fat and sugar and regulate the appetite in the process. Green tea and cocoa powder are also on the menu, along with red wine and cheese.
The website for the diet features pictures of Adele alongside Conor McGregor and David Haye. All three are pictured alongside an individual quote. "I'm eating like a king these days," says Conor, while under Adele's image it reads: "Adele's top-secret fat-melting diet."
In a bid to improve her health from all angles, the singer has also made some changes to her fitness regime. The third step in her transformation was to hire LA 'body wizard' pilates instructor Camila Goodis - who also works with Piers Morgan's wife Celia Walden.

It is understood that Camila was introduced to Adele through Robbie Williams' wife Ayda Field. The down-to-earth star still isn't a huge fan of working out.
Camila told The Sun: "I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie’s house. I don’t believe she liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 percent was dieting."
Despite Adele's dedication, she has refreshingly admitted that she will never, ever, relish going to the gym. "I mainly moan. I’m not, like, skipping to the ******* gym. I don’t enjoy it," she told Rolling Stone in 2016.
"I do like doing weights. I don’t like looking in the mirror. Blood vessels burst on my face really easily, so I’m so conscious when I’m lifting weights not to let them burst in my face. And if I don’t tour, you’ll catch me back down at the Chinese!”
