Adam Peaty met ‘father in law’ Gordon Ramsay as his relationship with the chef's daughter Holly heats up.
The Olympic gold medal-winning swimmer, 28, first met Holly, 23, when her sister Tilly appeared alongside Adam on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021, but the couple only just started dating this year.
After enjoying a string of dates together, the couple finally confirmed their romance earlier this month with a slideshow of snaps from their idyllic holiday.
And Adam has reportedly been spending quality time with Holly’s family, including famous dad Gordon, mum Tana, sisters Megan and Tilly, and brothers Jack and Oscar.
They escaped to the lavish Ramsay family home in Rock, Cornwall, and enjoyed a mini break while staying at the mansion, which the Hell’s Kitchen star built from scratch after buying an ageing property in 2015 for £4.4 million, and demolishing it.
“Holly invited Adam to spend time with her at the house owned by her dad Gordon and mum Tana,” an insider told The Sun.
“It gave them proper alone time and made them realise they wanted to become more serious.”
Holly and Adam first met in 2021 while Tilly was taking part in Strictly, and the smitten swimmer has been messaging the 21 & Over podcast host on Instagram, and “made a move” after liking a lot of her posts.
After a string of secret dates, the couple went public with their romance as they revealed they had been on holiday together in a post on Instagram.
Sharing a photo of her in a bikini, Holly confirmed Adam was her new boyfriend by tagging him in the post, suggesting he had taken the sizzling snap.
Before revealing their love to the world, eagle-eyed fans had spotted Adam’s dog Monty lying on a sunbed in one of Holly’s previous posts, leading to speculation they were dating.
In the slideshow of photos from the couple’s romantic getaway to Cornwall, where they spent time at Holly’s family home, the loved-up pair indulged in a spot of baking, as well as relaxing on the sun loungers around the stunning infinity pool as they enjoyed the heatwave.
Adam commented on the post with a simple love heart emoji, confirming to fans he and Holly were together.
The medal-winning sportsman shares a son George, 3, with ex-partner Eirianedd Munro.
The couple parted ways in August last year, and Adam apologised for “letting down” her and their son.
“Eiri and George, I'm sorry for letting you down. My only interest is for the well-being of our family at this difficult time,” he posted on social media at the time.
