Kym Marsh has spoken out about her father's “heartbreaking” death following a diagnosis of advanced prostate cancer.

The actress and TV presenter hopes that by sharing her family's experience, she can honour her father's memory and increase awareness during Men's Health Week, which runs from June 9-15.
