Activists protest outside UK Government office over Jackdaw decision

ACTIVISTS have staged a protest outside the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero in London after the UK Government approved the Jackdaw gas field.

The decision, announced by Energy Secretary Miatta Fabullah on Tuesday, ends months of speculation about the future of the project, which owner Adura said could deliver around 6% of UK North Sea gas production.
