Accountancy group Azets strikes deal to acquire Dorset firm

Azets Dorset United Kingdom

An independent Dorset accountancy firm has been acquired by UK accountancy and business advisory group Azets for an undisclosed sum.

Poole-based Inspire Accountants was established in 2004 by Warren Munson and has an office on Commercial Road. The firm employs 30 staff and provides services to around 1,000 clients across Bournemouth, Poole and the wider Solent region.

All 30 staff members, including three partners, will transfer over to Azets as part of the deal.
