A restaurant server said she was “absolutely slammed” on a Saturday when she worked the floor largely on her own. Sophie Althea, who posts on TikTok as @sophiealtheaw, described the shift in a video that has gained 104,700 views.
She said she is usually the only server on the floor. That Saturday, she said, a coworker left early, and she went into overtime. In the video caption, she wrote that she was by herself with no food expo, bussers, hosts, or manager on duty.
