Three men from the Phoenix area have been sentenced to prison for their roles in a scheme that defrauded Amazon of millions of dollars by manipulating the company’s logistics payment system.

US authorities said the fraud involved a former Amazon employee who used his knowledge of the company’s internal systems to increase delivery rates for a third-party transport company.
