Celtic are in talks with attacking duo Liel Abada and Giorgios Giakoumakis over improved contracts, according to a report.
The Hoops appear set to reward the duo for their fine form this season, with the pair currently sitting on 16 goals and two assists between them. Both are under contract until 2026 but Sky Sports News say discussions are ongoing about new five-year deals that would tie them down until 2027.
It's understood the Parkhead side believe they can be an integral part of the squad for years to come and also hope new terms will put off potential suitors for the pair, who are being tracked by clubs in the Premier League. Both players are expected to play a key role in their visit to the Bernabeu to face Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday.
A Tweet from Sky Sports editor Lyall Thomas confirmed: "Abada and Giorgios Giakoumakis about improved contracts following their superb start to the season. More on @SkySportsNews and online ahead of their trip to #RealMadrid "
