The NFL went a bit wild on Tuesday, to put it mildly.
First Aaron Rodgers re-signed with the Green Bay Packers on a four-year, $200 million deal, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Then almost as soon as the dust settled on that news, ESPN’s Adam Schefter dropped an even bigger scoop, announcing the Denver Broncos were acquiring Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson for an absolute haul.
In exchange for the veteran QB and a fourth-round pick, the Seahawks received QB Drew Lock, tight end Noah Fant, defensive lineman Shelby Harris, two first-round picks, two second-round picks and a fifth-round pick.
And while many were still trying to process the Wilson trade, the Los Angeles Chargers reportedly agreed to a three-year, $60 million deal with wideout Mike Williams and the Jacksonville Jaguars placed the franchise tag on offensive lineman Cam Robinson.
All of it had an immediate impact on Super Bowl 57 futures. Let’s take a look at the updated odds with free agency and the draft still to come.
