However, the Italian giants have been clear that they are looking to move the ex-Arsenal star on.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Ibrox.
With just under 12-months remaining on his Juve deal, the Serie A side are looking to offload the Wales international.
According to Calciomercato, Turkish giants Galatasaray made an offer for Ramsey.
However, the report states that Ramsey has rejected the move as he favours a return to the Premier League.
He has still yet to receive an offer that would see him back his way back to England, though.
