A woman had an eerie interaction with a stranger who told her she looked pregnant – and she couldn't believe what happened next.
Lana, from Sydney, Australia, recently opened up about a meeting with a stranger while shopping that changed her life forever. Her story went viral online, and it now has now been seen over 2.1m times.
Three months after losing her son through miscarriage, Lana went to the shop to buy flowers to put on his grave when a complete stranger stopped her.
Lana explained: "This lady comes up to me, she looks me up and down and she goes 'you're pregnant'."
Because she didn't look pregnant, Lana was completely taken aback by the woman's comments, but because she felt 'a bit yuck', she decided to go to buy some pregnancy tests to make sure.
In the video, posted by @lanaabiancaa, Lana took the pregnancy test that she thought 'was going to be negative for sure'. She filmed her reaction to watching the test results develop, and she couldn't believe her eyes.
In the emotional clip, Lana held the positive pregnancy test to the camera and said: "It's definitely faint but it's there. It came up straight away. I thought it was going to be negative."
The next day Lana uploaded a new video, despite "still being in disbelief" about the fact that she was pregnant and "a woman at Woolworths got it right".
Delving deeper into the story explained: "She actually came up to me when I was looking at flowers for my son.
"She confronts me and goes 'hi I'm sorry to bother you but I'm a psychic medium and I also just sense things. I was just wondering, this may sound confronting, but have you taken a pregnancy test lately?'. I looked at her and told her 'no, I actually just lost my son so it's the last thing on my mind to get pregnant again so soon'.
"And she goes 'oh, well maybe you should go and take a pregnancy test'."
Commenters flooded the video with well wishes and others who had similar stories.
One person said: "AMAZING HOW SHE KNEW THIS! She probably knew you just lost a baby too! Your rainbow baby! Congratulations."
"I bawled with you - this is how it happened after I miscarried my son, except I had a dream I was pregnant and knew before my test was positive," another shared.
Another added: "Something similar happened to me, a man came up to me at my job and smelled me.. He said you're pregnant with twin girls and he was correct."
"Whoever that woman is, she knows all the things. Your baby is coming BACK to you.," commented another.
