A Place in the Sun viewers were taken aback by an Aldi revelation on today's show.
Scarlette Douglas returned to host Wednesday's edition of the popular Channel 4 show. The I'm A Celebrity contestant was helping Hazel find her dream home in Malaga.
The buyer was accompanied by her friend, Paula, and was searching for a spacious home she could bring her large family to. Hazel was armed with a maximum budget of £300,000 and was looking for a three bedroom property within walking distance of the beach.

The search got off to a strong start as Hazel branded a four bed townhouse in Rincon del la Victoria as a definite contender. However, Hazel was looking for somewhere with more indoor space, which prompted Scarlette to take a trip to Caleta de Velez, where properties are 20% cheaper.
The expert heaped praise on the area as she said how it is conveniently located. She said: "We're so close to the beach, we've got shop/supermarket 2 minute away, 40 minutes to Malaga airport and 30 minutes into Malaga city."
However, viewers following the show on Twitter were surprised to discover the local supermarket in Malaga was actually an Aldi. Rick said: "All the way to Spain for an Aldi, very British"
Nora posted, alongside a laughing emoji: "Aldi" Mr Chambers joked: "It’s near the local Aldi - which is a shame as she prefers Lidl…"
Hazel was a fan of the three bed townhouse and was blown away by its views of the sea from the sunny terrace. She declared it as another contender but was still searching for more space so Scarlette continued the hunt.
Scarlette hit the jackpot with property three, which was a six bed townhouse in Caleta de Velez. The home was priced at £286,325 and she secured the home for just over £271,000.
