A Place In The Sun buyer broke down after she realised she found her new dream home.
Home hunter Maria was in the market for a three-bed property to kickstart her new life after her husband passed away. The widow was joined by her best friend Karon as they toured the town of Viñuela in Málaga on a budget of £250,000.
Today's property expert Scarlette Douglas said she was excited to help Maria but had her in tears by the end of their journey. Though the first four homes weren't to her liking, emotions ran high after a "perfect" viewing left her in awe.

The fifth and final property on the market "ticked all the right boxes", leaving Maria completely overwhelmed. Scarlette tried to console her as she said: "It’s alright take a minute I know this is a big move for you, it’s a big step."
The widow admitted she never thought she would be able to find the home of her dreams, especially after her husband passed. She said: "In my head, it’s where I wanted to go but never thought I could get it all." The group laughed and reassured her the move is for the best and to look forward to new horizons.
Her dream home was on the market for a hefty £295,000 but she managed to steal it for a bargain £260,000 which Scarlett admitted was a "cheeky" and offer.
