Jasmine Harman was concerned by a buyer's remark on today's A Place in the Sun.
The property expert was helping Marion and Tracey find their dream holiday home in Fuerteventura. The couple were searching for a two bedroom home and had a maximum budget of £132,000.
Marion and Tracey wanted somewhere that had enough space for their two grown up daughters and boyfriends to stay. The couple were impressed by the second property, which was a three bedroom home in Corralejo old town.

The property was priced at £127,119, but Jasmine was concerned when Tracey repeatedly branded the home as "nice". She added: "I always worry when people say nice, nice nice."
Marion and Tracey eventually passed on the home, but were wowed by the third property. The three-bed apartment in Corralejo Harbour was valued at £131,356 and boasted sea views and a pool.
The buyers were split after they viewed the next home. Tracey preferred property three, but Marion had her heart set on a three bed apartment in South Corralejo.
However, the dilemma was not resolved at the end of the search as they were unable to reach a decision. They claimed they would return to the area for a longer stay before deciding which home to place an offer on.
