A Place in the Sun's Jasmine Harman was concerned by one word a buyers used on their Spanish house hunt.
The expert was showing Marion and Tracey around five properties as they attempted to find their dream holiday home in Fuerteventura. The couple were searching for a two bedroom home and had a maximum budget of £132,000.
Marion and Tracey were flexible with their criteria and were looking for somewhere that had enough space for their two grown up daughters and boyfriends to stay. The couple were impressed by the second property, which was a three bedroom home in Corralejo old town.

The townhouse was priced at £127,119, but Jasmine was concerned when Tracey repeatedly described the property as "nice". She added: "I always worry when people say nice, nice nice."
Marion and Tracey eventually passed on the home, but were wowed by the third property. The three-bed apartment in Corralejo Harbour was valued at £131,356 and boasted beautiful sea views and a pool.
The buyers were torn between this home and a three bed apartment in South Corralejo. The first floor apartment also boasted sea views and two private roof terraces.
Marion and Tracey said they were "confused" at the end of search and were unable to reach a decision. They claimed they would return to the area for a longer stay before deciding which home to place an offer on.
