A buyer on A Place in the Sun became emotional as she explained her one huge no-no when searching for a new home - no hills.
Channel 4's Jasmine Harman was on hand to help semi-retired children’s nurse Tracey with her search for a holiday home in La Duquesa on Spain’s Costa del Sol. They were joined by Tracey's friend, Jackie, for moral support.
With a budget of £140,000 the buyer hoped for a three-bedroom home with an outside space. She also said that a pool would be nice, and doesn't want anywhere at the top of a hill.

Property one was in an apartment complex, with many other expats living there. It had a communal pool, three bedrooms and two bathrooms - all under budget for £127,000.
The house hunter was delighted with the property as she said it was "fantastic". Her only negative for the home was that it was a bit on the small side. She said: "I would have preferred it to be a bit bigger".
The second property was a three bedroom penthouse apartment with a communal pool, and a terrace with steps leading up to a great-sized roof terrace with sea views. It was on the market for £135,000, but was up a hill - something which Tracey had specifically said she did not want.
Jasmine asked why the buyer was so adamant on being against living at the top of a hill. Tracey struggled to hold back tears as she explained the heartbreaking reason.
She said: "So I've been a widow for six years and I miss my soulmate, I really do. And I think, I don't want to be isolated. I love company."
Tracey choked up as she added: "Wow, I got emotional there." Jasmine said: "I realise it must be daunting doing this on your own. And I know you've got Jackie here to support you and she's a great support, and I will also do my best to find the best place for you."
