A buyer on A Place in the Sun bluntly halted a search before even entering one of the homes proposed by the host.
Laura Hamilton returned to front Monday's edition of the popular edition of the Channel 4 programme. The expert was helping Penny find her dream home abroad in Malaga.
She was armed with a maximum budget of £140,000 and was looking to permanently move to the region. Penny was joined by her friend Claire and wanted a place with enough space to run her complementary therapist business.

The search got off to a strong start as Penny loved the first two homes in Alora. Laura decided to take the hunt in a "new direction" as they explored a home in Alhaurin el Grande.
However, Penny was immediately alarmed and decided to halt the search. The house was located at the top of the hill and Penny said the steep climb would mean clients would struggle to access the property.
Laura asked if they would still like to explore the three bed house, but was bluntly told they buyers were "not bothered" about exploring the home. The expert was taken aback by the admission but understood.
She said : "Well that didn't go to plan." Laura later added: "It would be perfect for someone but it wasn't right for Penny."
Penny eventually decided to put a bid in for the second home on the search. The four bed townhouse in Alora was valued at £136,752 and Penny secured her new home for £128,250.
