Swansea City favourite Nathan Dyer says Graham Potter makes players feel like "a million dollars" on the pitch through his managerial methods.
Former Swansea manager Potter is on the verge of being named the new Chelsea boss following Thomas Tuchel's shock departure on Wednesday.
Potter, currently in charge at Brighton for whom he left Swansea for, was immediately installed as favourite to succeed the German in west London, with talks now at an advanced stage. He could even be in the Craven Cottage dugout for the Blues' trip to Fulham this weekend.

Dyer, who played 24 times under the 47-year-old in SA1 during the 2018-19 season, says calmness is a key trait of his, adding that tactically he is "incredible".
"He's a player's manager," he told Sky Sports.
"He's a problem-solver as well. He'll always make sure you are doing everything right for the players and in turn the players want to play for him.
"Tactically he's incredible, making sure that when we step on the pitch everybody knows what they are doing. I think what he'll bring to Chelsea is exactly that.
"He'll make sure he hits the ground running, I'm sure of that. He's a very calm person, he'll make sure you as a player will always be calm, and if he wants you to do stuff on the pitch he always takes that responsibility if things go wrong.
"He's never there to throw anyone under the bus, he'll take full ownership of that, and the backroom staff as well, they are all together. He's just a calm individual who can get the best out of you and make you feel a million dollars on the pitch."
Potter managed Swansea for just one season before the Seagulls prised him away from south Wales. At the Amex, he has developed a flowing brand of football that has toppled some of the biggest sides in the Premier League.
