'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' episode 3 release date and time: Here's when it's streaming on HBO Max

After a "Game of Thrones"-less 2025, HBO Max's "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" has taken us back to Westeros to recount the first adventure of Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey) and his squire, Egg (Dexter Sol-Ansell).

While the streaming service's new "Game of Thrones" spinoff isn't operating on the scale of the Targaryen saga (which continues with House of the Dragon" season 3 in summer 2026), it's proven to be an entertaining watch nonetheless, and this week's preview teaser promises we're in for more fun.

It kicks off with our two leads bickering and sharing breakfast, but it also promises plenty of bone-crunching jousting action and features a rather menacing note from one Aerion Targaryen (Finn Bennett).

If you can't wait to see what's coming, here's when you can expect to stream "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" episode 3 on HBO Max and elsewhere around the world.

What time does 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' episode 3 release on HBO Max?

"A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" episode 3 premieres on HBO Max at 10 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 1 in the U.S.

That shouldn't be a major surprise, as that's when the previous episode aired and should be when the rest of the season airs, too, unless HBO Max decides to move the release of next week's episode to avoid clashing with Super Bowl LX.

Here's when the next episode of "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" will drop elsewhere in the world:

  • U.K. – streaming from 3 a.m. GMT on Monday, Feb. 2 on NOW
  • Canada – 10 p.m. ET/PT on Crave
  • Australia – 2 p.m. AEDT on Monday, February 2

'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' full release schedule

If you were at all worried about the future of "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms," don't be: HBO has already confirmed this second "Game of Thrones" spinoff will be sticking around.

News of the show's renewal came back in November 2025. At that time, Casey Boys, Chairman and CEO, HBO and HBO Max Content, confirmed the show would be returning; expect it to air at some point in 2027.

This was confirmed at the same time we learned "House of the Dragon" had been renewed for a fourth installment, due in 2028.
