Britney Spears spoke with a British accent and had an "empty wine glass in the cup holder" of her car when she was arrested.

The 44-year-old singer was arrested in the evening of 4 March near her home in Ventura County, California, after police received an anonymous call about someone "travelling at high speeds and swerving" and now a police report has offered further detail on the incident.
