The 8 th Pay Commission (8 th CPC) last month extended the deadline for submitting the memorandum to June 15, 2026. In a letter dated May 29, 2026, they announced that the last date for submitting the memorandum to the 8th Central Pay Commission has been extended to June 15. This gave employees, pensioner bodies and other stakeholders extra time to share their thoughts on issues like pay, pensions, allowances and working conditions.
