On Saturday night in Chicago, a devastating shooting incident occurred at a family gathering, resulting in the death of a 7-year-old girl and leaving seven others wounded, including two young children. According to Chicago police, the young girl was pronounced dead after being shot in the head.
Deputy Chief Don Jerome revealed that a 1-year-old boy and a 7-year-old boy sustained multiple gunshot wounds and are currently in critical condition. Additionally, five adults between the ages of 19 and 40 were also injured, although their current conditions remain unclear. All the victims were swiftly transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
