7,000 homes in Sunderland are set to benefit from home improvements, as part of housing association Gentoo Group’s multi-million-pound Property Investment Plan for the next year.
Home improvements will come in a number of forms, ranging from roof replacements to bathroom renewals.
This year’s investment plan will also see Gentoo continue to replace all single glazed windows in its properties with 1900 homes across Washington and Thorney Close set to receive new double-glazed windows.
