Jeremy Paxman has revealed he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s after a fall on icy ground while walking his dog.

“The first thing I knew was when somebody was sitting me on a bench. I’d fallen over and I made a terrible mess of my face,” the 72-year-old says in new ITV documentary Paxman: Putting Up With Parkinson’s.
