The Arizona Cardinals had a day off on Sunday, wrapping up the first week of training camp.
We have seen some of the playing rotation and how players have been performing so far.
Based on what we know, here are some projections for the 53-man roster at the end of the month.

Quarterback
Kyler Murray, Colt McCoym Clayton Tune
Tune running the second-team offense suggest that David Blough and Jeff Driskel have a long way to go to make the team.
Running back
James Conner, Keaontay Ingram, Corey Clement
There doesn’t seem to be any urgency to add to the room, so here is what we get.
Wide receiver
Marquise Brown, Zach Pascal, Rondale Moore, Michael Wilson, Greg Dortch
The top four are more or less a lock. Watch out for Davion Davis, who has gotten some first-team reps.
Tight end
Zach Ertz, Trey McBride, Geoff Swaim, Blake Whiteheart
The young guys are all now battling for the last spot on the roster. Whiteheart was guaranteed $200,000 in salary as a rookie. That could factor in. Noah Togiai is a guy to watch.
Offenisve line
D.J. Humphries, Elijah Wilkinson, Hjalte Froholdt, Will Hernandez, Paris Johnson, Dennis Daley, Kelvin Beachum, Jon Gaines, Pat Elflein
It would appear that either Beachum or Josh Jones could be trade bait. Elflein might not be a lock for the roster but also might end up being the starting center.
Defensive line
L.J. Collier, Carlos Watkins, Jonathan Ledbetter, Rashard Lawrence, Dante Stills, Kevin Strong
Still actually was lining up off the edge instead of an interior lineman on Saturday.
This is a tough group to project.
Outside linebacker
Zaven Collins, Cameron Thomas, BJ Ojulari, Myjai Sanders, Dennis Gardeck
We have to wait and see on Sanders’ hand to see if it is something long-term.
Inside linebacker
Kyzir White, Kris Barnes, Josh Woods, Zeke Turner, Owen Pappoe
Right now it looks like a battle between Barens and Woods for the starting job alongside White.
Cornerback
Marco Wilson, Christian Matthew, Kei’Trel Clark, Garrett Williams, Antonio Hamilton, Kris Boyd
Boyd is likely a lock for special teams. Williams will come off NFI at some point. Wilson, Matthew and Clark appear to be the top three guys right now.
Safety
Budda Baker, Isaiah Simmons, Jalen Thompson, Andre Chachere
The top three are locks and it appears that Thompson will be the primary slot cover guy.
Chachere adds special teams help.
Specialists
Matt Prater, Matt Haack, Aaron Brewer
There is actually a competition at punter and long snapper but the vets likely win the jobs.
