5.29 min: Noida cops top in response time

NOIDA: For the 12th month in a row, the Dial 112 response team of Noida police retained the top spot in the state. The average response time for the police was 5.29 minutes — 4.21 minutes in urban areas and 6.09 minutes in the villages. Noida was followed by Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar and Maharajganj in terms of response time.

Ganesh Prasad Saha, the deputy commissioner of police (traffic) and nodal officer for Dial 112, confirmed that Noida had bagged the top spot for the 12th time on the trot. “Since July 2021, Noida police has had the best response time in the state,” he said.
