Despite Christian McCaffrey’s late touchdown to take the lead in the fourth quarter, the Green Bay Packers still had a little over a minute on the clock with the chance to tie or win the game.
With the season on the line, the San Francisco 49ers needed one last clutch moment from their defense. After notching a first down, Jordan Love looked down the field for another strike. With the Packers threatening again, Dre Greenlaw called game.
While running out of the pocket, Love floated a pass across his body over the middle of the field. Greenlaw stepped up, coming with a clutch interception. Greenlaw stepped in front of Christian Watson to end the game and the Packers season.
