The San Francisco 49ers can breathe a small sigh of relief heading into their Week 3 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
Both defensive end Nick Bosa and cornerback Charvarius Ward are active. They were listed as questionable on the official injury report. Bosa is dealing with a rib injury he suffered in practice. He was limited Thursday and Friday.
Ward has knee and hamstring soreness that kept him out of Thursday’s practice. He was back in limited fashion Friday.
That All-Pro duo should be helpful for San Francisco against a beat up Rams squad without its top two receivers and their third different starting offensive line of the season.
Here’s who won’t suit up for the 49ers:
QB Josh Dobbs (Third QB)
WR Deebo Samuel (calf)
TE George Kittle (hamstring)
CB Darrell Luter Jr.
LB Tatum Bethune
OL Ben Bartch
Strong safety Talanoa Hufanga is officially active as expected. He was a full go in practice all week and not listed on the injury report.
The 49ers and Rams kick off at 1:25pm Pacific Time at SoFi Stadium.
