San Francisco released its final injury report of the week. Four players, including two starters, are questionable. But receiver Brandon Aiyuk, limited for much of the week with a shoulder injury, is set to play.

Jennings was unable to practice all week.
Questionable
LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (ankle), LB Dre Greenlaw (ankle), RB Elijah Mitchell (knee), WR Deebo Samuel (ribs, knee)
Greenlaw sat out Wednesday and was limited on Thursday and Friday. Mitchell was a new addition to the injury report on Friday, getting limited reps with the knee injury, He is the primary backup to starting running back Christian McCaffrey.
Samuel was unable to practice Wednesday or Thursday but got limited work on Friday.
No game designation
WR Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder), CB Ambry Thomas (knee)
Both were limited for two days but got a full set of practice reps on Friday and are good to go for the game. Both missed the gam last week.
