Burger King UK has announced that it will be opening a new restaurant in Barrhead.
The restaurant, located in Glasgow Road Retail Park, is set to bring 30 new jobs to the local area, with recruitment now open.
Four managerial roles are being created, broken down into three assistant managers and one shift manager.
The burger brand is offering flexible hours and free meals at work, with 50% off food and drink for friends and family.

Founded in 1954, the brand is the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world.
In November 2017, British private equity firm Bridgepoint reached an agreement with Burger King Europe, an affiliate of Restaurant Brands International, to become the UK master franchisee of Burger King, with exclusive rights to the brand in the UK.
