A new "bier palace" coming to Liverpool's Bold Street is looking to hire 200 new members of staff.
Albert's Schloss, a "cook haus and bier palace" that first opened in Manchester, is due to arrive on Bold Street in November, bringing with it two large bars, a German-style dining area and a quieter "tavern" area with artisan schnapps and vermouth bar. It will also bring 200 new jobs to Liverpool.
The venue is looking for managers, chefs, bartenders, servers and hosts to cater to the hundreds of people who will fill its walls each day and night. Mission Mars, who will run the venue, also operate Albert's Schenke on Hanover Street, as well as Rudy's Pizza at multiple sites in the city.

Roy Ellis, CEO of Mission Mars, said: “We are delighted to open Albert’s Schloss’ third site in Liverpool. The city has been a wonderful home to Albert’s Schenke, and we cannot wait to have Albert’s Schloss join the party.”
“We’ve designed a beautiful space, restoring a 1,000-square-foot glazed atrium while installing a large stage, green room, two large bars, an artisan bakery, a fresh tank beer system and restaurant dining across the two floors. We also have plans for a rooftop terrace and large open-air beer garden around the back.”
The 200 jobs will be advertised at different job fairs in September and October, ahead of the venue's opening in November. However, there are some jobs going currently.
