11,000 drivers in California will have to retake written test, DMV says they suspect cheating

11,000 California motorists were sent a notice from the Department of Motor Vehicles announcing that they will have to retake their written tests, as the DMV was invalidating all their previous tests, suspecting possible cheating. The DMV did not provide any details of the nature of the cheating that they suspected or what triggered their suspicion etc.
