Amy Slaton and husband Michael Halterman's troubled relationship has been well publicised on hit reality series 1000-lb Sisters, but it appears that the end is nigh after he reportedly filed for divorce.
Last month, it was rumoured that the duo had gone their separate ways just months after she gave birth to their second child, Glenn.
It was said that Amy had moved out of the marital home in Kentucky and taken two-year-old Gage and eight-month-old Glenn with her.
And while fans had speculated whether the pair had rekindled their romance after spotting a "clue" in a snap of Amy and her sister Tammy Slaton, it seems as though that ship has well and truly sailed.
It's claimed Michael filed for divorce from the reality TV star on March 13. Page Six reports he filed the paperwork to Union County in Kentucky, with a motion set for Wednesday March 22.
The pair first tied the knot in 2017 after they eloped. They had a more formal ceremony two years later, with proceedings being filmed for the popular TLC series.
A source previously told The US Sun : " Amy says Michael is lazy, and has been jealous of her attention toward the kids.
"They've been having trouble since last year."
Amy and sister Tammy have been documenting their impressive weight loss on the show. The duo have been called a "breath of fresh air" by fans for "being real" and opening up about their struggles.
Taking to Reddit earlier in the month, one fan said the stars are "admirable" and admitted watching 1000-lb Sisters is "much more satisfying" than the Kardashians.
The fan made it clear they weren't "directly comparing them as people", and added: "I’m just saying shows like 1000 lb sisters are a breath of fresh air compared to a show featuring unrelatable rich people."
Amy has reportedly lost around 125 pounds on her slimming journey to date.
Sister Tammy, who has also lost an impressive 183 pounds, recently j oked she looked like the beloved killer whale from Free Willy before her weight loss.
In a clip shared to TLC's Instagram page, Amy agreed to organise Tammy's special day on one condition.
"Okay, but I have free creative liberty, so what about a seascape?," Amy asked as she video called her sister.
"You can't do a seascape because I ain't having y'all get a bunch of signs that say 'Free Willy' or some s**t like that," Tammy insisted.
