Tammy Slaton has shared another set of photos without her oxygen while looking slimmer than ever before, leaving fans overjoyed for the much-loved star.
The reality television star, 36, rose to fame alongside her sister Amy Slaton, on TLC's hit weight loss programme 1000-lb Sisters.
Loved by the masses across America, the popular reality show documents the sisters' attempts at losing weight, with them having been quite successful in recent months.
And it seems that Tammy can't stop flaunting her slimmed-down face and frame, with the red-haired beauty taking to Instagram earlier on in the week.
Sharing a string of new snaps while wearing adorable fancy dress, Tammy looked incredibly sweet as she posed up a storm and showed off her 300lbs (21.4 stone) weight loss.
Wearing a cute tie-dye print dress and some fluffy ears, Tammy smiled for the camera as she paraded her new look to her fans, with many gushing over how healthy she appeared.
Many people were quick to note how Tammy had ditched her oxygen cannula again for this series of snaps, something she did for her last set of snaps a week ago.
Commenting on this week's set of sweet oxygen-free snaps, one fan penned: "Omg you got you oxygen off keep it up girl keep it up."
"You are looking so healthy lately," gushed a second, while a third wrote: "Off the oxygen!?!?!? Yes!!"
"No oxygen??? Keep up the great progress Queen Tammy," penned a fourth.
While a fifth person swooned: "Omg no oxygen. Keep doing the good work."
And a sixth added: "Dude, no oxygen? So happy for you. I can only imagine how freeing that must feel."
Tammy initially lost a whopping 183lb (13.1 stone) after attending a food rehabilitation facility and undergoing weight loss surgery resulting in her losing a total of 300lbs (21.4 stone).
Following a scary medical incident, Tammy was placed on oxygen, with her addressing the cannula in her nose last month.
In May she spoke about how she still needed to use oxygen when she said: "I'm still on oxygen because my lungs aren't completely healed from being on life support."
Tammy explained how they were "still not completely healed" at the time, with her adding: "They are really getting so much better."
