1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton is seemingly unable to walk after shedding 180lbs.
The 36-year-old took to Instagram with a sweet selfie with her and her brother Chris and close pal and Youtuber Chelcie Lynn as she sat in a wheelchair.
In an another post on her Instagram, Tammy is pictured looking at boats while sat in the same wheelchair on the decks of the harbour.
Fans were confused as to why she had a wheelchair despite her whopping weight loss, with one commenting: "Why are you still in a wheelchair?"
A user on Reddit gave some clarification for Tammy's wheelchair use, adding: "Walking is very painful at her size. I'm sure her back, ankles, knees, legs, and hips are straining.
"Besides, weight loss starts in the kitchen, not the gym. But first, she needs to heal mentally and emotionally before she can start to heal physically. I wish she'd accept some mental health help. I'm still rooting for her."
Back on Instagram, fans praised her for getting out and "seeing the world," with one writing: "Love that you’re getting out and seeing the world. you deserve it."
"I’m happy for you tammy!! Walk when you are ready. don’t over push yourself but know you have supporters wishing you the best!!" another put.
A third added: "She could only use the wheelchair sometimes but she has a right to if she needs it. She's likely to get arthritis when she's older and right now she can't walk too far which is absolutely normal for someone with her conditions.
"Just be proud of her for making her life change," they continued.
It comes after Tammy shared a mirror selfie debuting her weight update. The snap shared on Instagram saw the her standing in what looked to be a changing room.
She stood up right in a white floral flowing dress which had two thin shoulder straps.
She wore her curly orange hair down and had her usual rectangle glasses on. The image had no sign of a wheelchair and she didn't have any of her breathing apparatus attached to her.
