Tammy Slaton joked she looked like the beloved killer whale from Free Willy ahead of her whopping 183lb (13.1 stone) weight loss.
The 36-year-old, who rose to fame on 1000-lb Sisters, begged her sister Amy Slaton to plan her wedding ceremony, but was soon apprehensive about what the day might have in store.
In a clip shared to TLC's Instagram page, Amy agreed to organise Tammy's special day on one condition.
"Okay, but I have free creative liberty, so what about a seascape?," Amy asked as she video called her sister.
"You can't do a seascape because I ain't having y'all get a bunch of signs that say 'Free Willy' or some s**t like that," Tammy insisted.
"Oh, I was being nice! You came up with that one," Amy said before both sisters burst out laughing.
Tammy ended up marrying her now-husband Caleb Willingham last year at the food rehabilitation centre they both met at.
Since spending time at the centre, Tammy has dropped an incredible amount of weight and has even undergone bariatric surgery to help enhance her life.
The reality star blew fans away earlier this month as she revealed she can now sit in a car seat again after losing more than 13 stone.
She took to TikTok to film herself sitting in the front seat of a car while dancing and lip-syncing.
Tammy was unable to do this prior to her life-changing weight loss surgery.
Starting her health kick, Tammy weighed in at 717lb (51.2 stone) and has now dropped to 534lb (38.1 stone) - the weight needed for her to be able to get bariatric surgery.
Her fans were overcome with emotion as they took to the comments to congratulate her for achieving the huge milestone.
One fan commented: "SHE UP IN THE FRONT SEAT YALL, I see you ms Tammy," while another said: "Seeing tammy being able to sit in a car seat is so amazing."
"Tammy in a seat!!!!! Yessss!!!! Major victory," a third fan gushed.
"I’m so happy to see you in a seat girly.. you look amazing," another person commented. Someone else added: "Hey Tammy!! Looking good girl! We are so proud of you."
