1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton looks unrecognisable during wheelchair workout

1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton showed off her incredible weight loss transformation as she took part in an energetic wheelchair workout.

The 36-year-old, who has been spending time in a food rehabilitation centre, was joined by her husband Caleb Willingham in her latest TikTok video as he supported his wife through her exercise.

Tammy smiled and pulled a funny face at the camera as her husband blew her a loving kiss.

As Caleb filmed Tammy breaking out a sweat, he wrote: "My ANGEL hard at work!" Tammy then captioned her video: "#duet with @calebwillingham42 i love you."

Fans were blown away by Tammy's transformation and rushed to praise the TLC star.

Tammy has struggled greatly with her weight, as documented on the popular show 1000-lb Sisters.

Tammy has spoken openly about her weight problems (TLC)

She recently vowed she would not let her body "defeat" her after being rushed to hospital when she stopped breathing in the weight loss facility.

Tammy was put on a ventilator and placed in a medically induced coma, with her loved ones told to prepare themselves for the worst.

Despite her body "shutting down", she survived and was even well enough to return to the rehab centre for the fourth series of her show.

Her near-death experience has shocked her into realising the fragility of life, and made her realise that she needs to make changes in order to avoid another health scare.

She told People magazine: "My near-death experience has taught me not to take life for granted."

"I now live my life how I want to and not how others want me to," she added.

"I told y’all that this wasn’t the end of me, the new and improved Tammy is on the way."

The new season of the TLC series 1000-lb. Sisters will premiere on January 17 at 9pm.
