Fans of Tammy Slaton rushed to praise the star's current appearance after she shared a full-body selfie on social media.

The reality TV star who rose to fame on TLC's 1000-Lb Sisters looked amazing as she sported a summery outfit.

The snap shared on Instagram saw the 36-year-old standing in what looked to be a changing room. She stood upright in a white floral flowing dress which had two thin shoulder straps.
