Tammy Slaton has left fans emotional after reaching a huge new milestone and finally being able to stand without a walking aid.
The 1000-lb Sisters star had been relying on the help of a walker and a wheelchair to get around and needed to use an oxygen tank for years before she completely transformed her life.
She's dropped an impressive 300lb (21.4 stone) after spending time at a food rehabilitation facility and has now been pictured standing without help.
Taking to Instagram, her sister Amy Slaton shared a series of snaps as they enjoyed a girls night out with friends.
Captioning her post, Amy wrote: "Had a blast last night . totally embarrassed myself but it was fun. Now to go pick up my boys.. can’t wait to see my new friends again we love y'all!!!"
Tammy was pictured smiling for the pictures as she posed in a black jumper with a skeleton pattern and plain black tracksuit bottoms.
Fans couldn't get enough of the 36-year-old and congratulated her for making so much progress.
"Seeing Tammy stand on her own is so heartwarming. Proud of y'all’s progress," one gushed.
Another said: "Way to go Tammy !! No oxygen and walking on her own!!" while a third fan commented: "So happy to see Tammy moving around freely!"
"No trach, no oxygen, no wheelchair, Standing on her own, even doing a little squat This is soo awesome to see! Congrats on the hard work," someone else added.
A fifth fan praised: "Tammy standing there no walker and no oxygen. She looks great. She must feel so good. Hope all is well with you and the kiddos!"
Tammy's weight loss comes after she was rushed to hospital last year after she stopped breathing at a rehab centre.
She was placed on a ventilator and her family told to prepare for the worse, but the TLC star made a miraculous recovery and became even more focused on her weight loss.
Her hard work had paid off in the latest season of 1000-lb Sisters as she was finally able to undergo weight loss surgery.
