1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton looks upbeat in a new snap as fans say they "didn't even recognise her".
Taking to her Instagram page on Sunday afternoon, April 23, Tammy looked content as she shared a snap from inside a car.
The reality TV star, 36, rose to fame alongside her sister Amy Slaton, 35, on the TLC show - which has documented their attempts to lose weight since it debuted back in 2020.
Tammy has struggled with weight loss over the span of the popular TV programme, but she recently shed a significant amount of weight following a scary medical incident.
Having dropped a whopping 183lb (13.1 stone) after attending a food rehabilitation facility, Tammy then underwent weight loss surgery, with the US Sun reporting that she's now lost a massive 300lbs (21.4 stone).
Sharing new selfies online this weekend, Tammy looked very different to how fans are used to seeing her on their TV screens.
With a more slender face, wider eyes and a more even skin tone, the TLC star appeared to look healthier and happier than ever.
Flocking to the comments section under the two selfies that were posted as a carousel on her page, fans were quick to swoon over Tammy's seemingly new look.
"Looking so beautiful and most importantly, HEALTHY Tammy," penned one fan.
Another echoed: "Looking good Tammy. Keep up the great work!"
"I didn't even recognise you. Keep on going. You look fantastic," added a third.
"Great job. Every post you get smaller and smaller," penned a fourth.
While a fifth said: "You are amazing! Keep going! I didn't even recognise you. A new person."
And a sixth wrote: "You look amazing Tammy! I’m so proud of, and happy for you."
Tammy's weight loss came after she was rushed to hospital because she couldn’t breathe after entering a food addiction rehab in series three of the show. The TLC star was placed on a ventilator and put into a coma.
Waking up from the medically induced coma, she was given a tracheotomy to have a breathing tube inserted in her throat, and was then able to go back to the food rehab after her three-week hospital stay.
And now the red-haired beauty is flaunting her weight loss all over social media, leaving her hundreds of thousands of fans praising the star.
