1000-lb Sisters' star Amy Slaton looks virtually unrecognisable after debuting a gothic makeup look amid her massive weight loss journey.
Taking to TikTok on Saturday (May 20), Amy showed off a very different look - leaving fans completely taken aback.
Posing up a storm for her 160,000 followers on the platform, Amy beamed for the camera while pouting up a storm and showing off her slimmed down jawline.
The 35-year-old TLC star recently shed a reported 125lbs (8.9 stone), with the weight loss apparent from the selfie that played on a loop with Baddie by Honey B playing over the top.
Amy, who has striking purple locks, could be seen with a dark lip colour on her lips - which was either black or purple, although hard to tell due to the filter she used on top of the image.
The reality star could be seen rocking a Chucky-themed graphic t-shirt, with her sat in a car as she snapped away to get the perfect selfie.
Usually she sports a more muted look, so this all-new gothic vibe is very different for the star.
Fans soon flocked to the comments section to gush over how "beautiful" the starlet looked.
One person couldn't contain their excitement when they wrote in all capital letter: "OH MY FREAKING GOODNESS... YOU LOOK LIKE THE BEAUTIFUL WOMAN, YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN..."
A second simply penned: "Beautiful Amy."
"Slayin' Queen," added a third, while someone else branded her a "baddie".
Amy looked visibly more slender as she posed for the snaps, which comes after shedding almost nine stone.
At the start of the first series of 1000-lb Sisters, in which she stars alongside sister Tammy Slaton, Amy weighed in at a staggering 406lbs.
By the end of season three Amy weighed in at 275lbs, with the star not revealing her weight since giving birth to her second child.
Amy has two children whom she shares with estranged husband Michael.
The pair are said to be still living apart since Amy left their family home in Kentucky and took their boys with her earlier this year.
