New research has revealed the areas in Scotland where having a garden adds the most to a property's price tag.
While gardens will typically add value to a home, the amount in which it bumps up the price can depend on where you live.
The research, carried out by Admiral Home Insurance, found that the City of Edinburgh had the biggest gap between properties with and without a garden.
