
Breaking into a six-figure salary has become harder for new graduates — but it’s still possible without an advanced degree. According to a new Resume Genius report, several entry-level and early career roles now offer median pay of $100,000 or more in the U.S.
Here are the best-paying jobs you can get in 2026 as a recent college graduate.
1. Product Marketing Manager

- How to become one: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, plus one to two years in entry roles in areas such as sales, market research or promotions
