Breaking into a six-figure salary has become harder for new graduates — but it’s still possible without an advanced degree. According to a new Resume Genius report, several entry-level and early career roles now offer median pay of $100,000 or more in the U.S.

Here are the best-paying jobs you can get in 2026 as a recent college graduate.

1. Product Marketing Manager

  • Median annual salary: $159,660
  • How to become one: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, plus one to two years in entry roles in areas such as sales, market research or promotions

2. Machine Learning Engineer

  • Median annual salary: $140,910
  • How to become one: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or a related field, plus coursework or internships related to machine learning

3. Avionics Systems Engineer

  • Median annual salary: $134,830
  • How to become one: Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, electrical engineering or electronics engineering, preferably from an ABET-accredited program

4. Software Developer

  • Median annual salary: $131,450
  • How to become one: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field

5. IT Security Analyst
