MUMBAI: Days ahead of Maharashtra cabinet expansion, Aaditya Thackeray, a youth leader of UBT sena camp, on Saturday predicted a big change in the government starting with chief minister Eknath Shinde.

Uday Samant hinted that the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA coalition of the Uddhav Thackeray-led Sena faction, the Congress and the Sharad Pawar-led NCP) were spreading these rumours out of despair at their present situation.
