HARTFORD, Conn. — The UConn men’s basketball team was the talk of Houston after cruising to a national championship on Monday, but Houston’s attention has turned from the brilliance of the Huskies to the perceived ignorance of Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont after comments he made about the host city.

HARTFORD, Conn. — Former UConn men’s basketball star Ben Gordon was arrested Tuesday, just a day after his former college team won the national championship, following a bizarre incident in which he allegedly threatened multiple people with a knife at a juice shop in Stamford.

Gordon was arrested in Connecticut on charges including carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and interfering with an officer.
