Stewart Rhodes is charged with seditious conspiracy in connection with Capitol attack

WASHINGTON — A top lawyer with the Oath Keepers militia group was arrested Thursday on charges that she participated in the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol and conspired with others to obstruct certification of the 2020 election.

Kellye SoRelle, who was arrested in Texas, is latest person with ties to the group to face charges stemming from the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Kellye SoRelle was indicted on four counts and will appear in court later Thursday.
