Veritiv Agrees To Sell Canadian Operations To Imperial Dade For Undisclosed Sum
Veritiv Corp (NYSE:VRTV) has agreed to sell its Veritiv Canada, Inc. business to Imperial Dade. Deal terms were not disclosed.
